Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your Gazelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Device
Perform a factory reset to erase all personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or 'Google Lock' to ensure the device is eligible for processing.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack the device in its original packaging or a sturdy box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition against your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
